Reuben’s Roost is south and west facing, with the largest living area. It is the main property where large groups congregate. Dining is already set out for 18, plus there are more tables and chairs for additional guests. There is also soft seating around a lovely warm fire. This is a great space to meet, greet and entertain.
Connected to the other properties via the courtyard (5 outside steps) This property has three bedrooms and stands near the entrance to the farm and an ancient 200 year old sycamore tree.
Baby monitors work throughout the property and if you had an overhang along the front of the property you could understand how it could be one big house, but with added kitchens and living areas to be seperate or together depending upon your needs.
It has views overlooking the beautiful open countryside up to Long Low, providing a good view of the dry stone walls which snake up the hills which form such a powerful image common across Derbyshire’s and the moorlands countryside.
